There are three types of superfoods that are especially good for your bones. 

Nothing beats calcium for your bones. It’s found in dairy and vegetables, so why not do both? Dark green leaves such as bok choy, kale, collard greens, and spinach are great. On top of that, dark greens also have vitamin K, which can reduce your risk of getting osteoporosis.

Two other nutrients that help keep bones in good shape are magnesium and potassium. Magnesium affects your vitamin D balance, which can affect your bone health. Potassium neutralizes acid in your body, that may prevent loss of calcium from your bones. Get yourself some sweet potatoes.

Citrus fruits have vitamin C, which has been shown to help prevent bone loss. Grapefruit and oranges are excellent sources of vitamin C.
